AgainOmbre usually refers to having colors or tones that shade into each other. Ombre hair refers to hair color fading from dark to light, or vice versa. Instead of the color starting from the roots, it gradually becomes lighter, or darker, towards the ends. Over the years, they have risen and fallen popularity. Well it seems they are in again.

When wearing Ombre braids, keep this in mind-
1. Don’t just pick any color, choose the right color for your skin tone. If you are dark, it’s really easy for your skin to go with most colors.
2. Too many colors look tacky:
This is an opinion- you may desire to achieve the bag girl look or find a way to pull it off.

  1. Erm, I have to be a lil’ honest here, I do like the ombre trend, but this is my first time seeing it on braids (shame on me) and I have to say, I prefer the look on loosened hair/locks/weaves etc. It looks like its really hard to do this trend with braids and not look tacky/raz etc, the girls are v. pretty though. Ok I’m ready for the rotten tomatoes to be thrown at me!
